Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
YANO ADVISORY provides assistance services for administrative procedures related to travel and transit to foreign countries. Our website is not an official government immigration website. Our services include assistance with e-Visas, embassy appointment bookings for long-term visas, and the processing of required application forms. Our prices include taxes as well as management, archiving, and document delivery fees, including email confirmations.
2. Customer Support
Our customer support is available via chat and email from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00, to assist clients with their applications. In case of loss of a document or e-Visa, a copy can be immediately resent by email.
3. Choice and Payment
Users may always complete their applications directly on official government immigration websites. Payment for services is made online by credit or debit card at the time of order confirmation. Providing payment information constitutes authorization to charge the total amount of the order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been performed with the user’s explicit consent. By validating the order, the customer authorizes immediate processing of the application and agrees to receive the e-Visa or appointment before the legal withdrawal period expires.
5. Refund Policy
Processed applications are non-refundable, including e-Visas and embassy appointments. Only unprocessed or incomplete applications may be refunded, minus a €30 processing fee. In the event of a refusal by the authorities, no refund will be issued.
6. User Declaration
The user declares that all information provided is accurate and compliant with the laws of their country. Any false declaration may result in penalties or denial of entry.
7. Online Contract
The contract is concluded once the order has been validated and paid. Order-related information is archived for five years and may be accessed upon request through customer support.
8. Liability
YANO ADVISORY shall not be held liable for consequences arising from the client’s failure to comply with local laws or for internet-related incidents (intrusions, outages, viruses, etc.).
9. Border Control
An e-Visa allows travel to the destination country; however, entry may be refused by border authorities.
10. Personal Data
Personal data is collected for order management and service improvement purposes. It may be shared with partners required for processing and is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Users have the right to access, rectify, and object to their data by contacting customer support.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement or mediation will be sought before any legal action.
